Background:

The main areas of expertise of Dr. Aksoy YAVAŞ are maritime law, insurance law, the law of transportation, the law of obligation, and administrative law.

Dr. YAVAŞ has been serving as an arbitrator in various arbitration cases regarding maritime law since 2014.
