INFORMATION NOTICE

At Aydoslu Law and Consultancy, we prioritize the security of your personal data. With this awareness, we attach great importance to processing and storing all kinds of personal data related to our clients and prospective clients in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the The Personal Data Protection Law ("PDP Law").

We process your personal data as explained below and within the framework of legal regulations. We would like to inform you transparently about how your personal data is collected, processed, the purposes of processing, legal grounds, and your rights.

 

1. Collection, Processing, and Processing Purposes of Personal Data

Your personal data can be collected through automated or non-automated methods, orally, in writing, or electronically.

The collected personal data will be processed in accordance with the processing conditions and purposes of personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDP Law, for the purpose of enabling you to benefit from our services and for the performance of necessary processes by our business units to protect your rights and interests.

2. To Whom and for What Purpose Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

The collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals, and, in the case of our services being related to foreign countries, to our business partners abroad, within the framework of the processing conditions and purposes of personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDP Law.

 

3. Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is obtained in all forms, oral, written, or electronic, within the legal framework specified for the provision of the services offered by our Law Firm in accordance with the purposes mentioned above, and to ensure that the Law Firm fulfills its contractual and legal obligations accurately and properly. Personal data collected for this legal reason can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in this document, within the scope of the processing conditions and purposes of personal data specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDP Law.

4. Rights Listed in Article 11 of the PDP Law of the Data Subject

As data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Law Firm through the methods specified in this Information Notice, our Law Firm will finalize them free of charge as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days at the latest.

 

  • You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed or not,

  • If your personal data has been processed, you have the right to request information regarding this,

  • You have the right to learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in line with this purpose,

  • You have the right to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred within the country or abroad,

  • If your personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately, you have the right to request their correction and to have these corrections notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • Except for the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law, you have the right to request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Law,

  • You have the right to object to the emergence of a result against you through the analysis of your processed data exclusively by automatic systems,

  • In case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to request compensation.

INFORMATION NOTICE ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA FOR EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES SUBMITTING JOB APPLICATIONS

This information notice has been prepared by Aydoslu Law and Consultancy, the data controller, in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law No. 6698") to fulfill the obligation of informing regarding the processing of personal data for the evaluation of suitability and competencies of employees and intern candidates.

Methods of Obtaining Personal Data and Legal Grounds

Your personal data will be obtained through legitimate interests such as the establishment of an employment contract and the assessment of suitability and competency processes, based on the legal grounds under Law No. 6698. This data can be collected directly from you through electronic and physical means, as well as from career pages such as www.linkedin.com, www.kariyer.net, www.yenibiris.com, communication via www.aydoslu.av.tr, emails sent to info@aydoslu.av.tr, references provided by Aydoslu Law and Consultancy employees, and events organized or participated in by Aydoslu Law and Consultancy.

The personal data obtained through the mentioned methods can only be processed and shared within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data is processed within the scope of planning and executing human resources policies and processes of Aydoslu Law and Consultancy, and solely within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

 

Parties That Personal Data May Be Shared With and Purposes of Sharing

Your personal data may be shared with parties that Aydoslu Law and Consultancy collaborates with, service providers acting on behalf of Aydoslu Law and Consultancy, authorized public institutions and private individuals, and the individuals you provided as references within the context of reference checks, for the purpose of assessing your suitability and competencies.

When sharing personal data with the aforementioned parties, Aydoslu Law and Consultancy takes necessary measures to ensure that the data is processed and transferred in accordance with the statements in this information notice and the provisions of the relevant legislation, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698.

Rights of Data Subjects and Exercising These Rights

As a data subject, in accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the following rights:

  • To learn whether your personal data has been processed,

  • To request information if your personal data has been processed,

  • To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

  • To know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed and to request that the transaction made within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • To request deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set forth in Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request that the transaction made within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,

  • To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your personal data solely through automated systems,

  • To request compensation for damages in case you incur damages due to the illegal processing of your personal data in violation of Law No. 6698.

 

If you have requests related to your rights as a data subject, you can communicate these requests to Aydoslu Law and Consultancy in writing or using the methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your requests will be evaluated and concluded within the shortest possible time and, in any case, within 30 (thirty) days

 

You can use the above-mentioned rights by sending a wet-signed petition with your identity photocopies (only the front side photocopy of the ID card) in person or by registered mail to Vedat Günyol Cad. Defne Sok. Flora Suite Office No:1/365 Ataşehir/Istanbul address. For someone other than the data subject to make requests, a special power of attorney issued on behalf of the person making the request must be available. If there is a cost associated with the finalization of these requests, in addition to the requests themselves, the fee specified in the tariff determined by the Authority will be charged from the applicant. Our Law Firm may request additional information from the relevant person to determine whether the applicant is the data subject, may ask questions to clarify the matters specified in the application, to determine whether the applicant is the data subject, and to clarify the matters specified in the application.
