Background:
Atty. Med. Nesli AYDOSLU YAÄžCI completed her mandatory lawyer internship at a prestigious law firm in Istanbul, which primarily served a client portfolio consisting of foreign companies investing in Turkey.

Subsequently, she obtained her Masters of Law (LL.M) in International Commercial Law from the University of Sussex, achieving a merit degree. Her dissertation focused on "An Economic Analysis of the Conflict between File-Sharing Technology and Copyright Law in Musical Works: The Napster Case in the Current Digital Agenda."

Following her studies, AYDOSLU served as an in-house legal counsel for a leading insurance company in Turkey for several years. During this time, she gained significant expertise and experience in the insurance sector, specifically in claims analysis, reporting techniques, and dispute resolution.
​
In 2019, AYDOSLU established Aydoslu Law and Consultancy to provide a wide range of legal services, drawing on her sector-specific experience.

AYDOSLU serves as an insurance arbitrator in the Insurance Arbitration Commission. Besides, .AYDOSLU successfully passed the Turkish Patent Institute Trademark Attorney Exam in 2013 and became entitled to be registered as a trademark attorney at the Turkish Patent Institute. She is also registered in the Ministry of Justice Mediator Registry and conducts mediation activities as a "Mediator."
